Our theme this week is inspired by Disney's Art of Animation Resort! If I had to choose, I would stay in the Little Mermaid Section because that is one of my all-time favorite Disney films!
Our family had the good fortune to see The Little Mermaid on Broadway a few years back. Here are pictures from the gorgeous theater program:

We didn't get a chance to see Little Mermaid on stage and my daughters were so disappointed. Still hoping it pops up again somewhere else - I think I heard that it may be staged in London. If my younger daughter was able to choose a section at The Animation Resort she would undoubtedly choose the Little Mermaid section as well.

ReplyDeleteLOL, yes, I was in fact singing "Under the Sea". Disney does such a great job bringing their shows to Broadway. I've seen a bunch, but I didn't get to see the Littlest Mermaid. I'm a wee bit jealous, but I hope it was as good as it looks.

ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome experience Little Mermaid on Broadway would be! That has always been my all time favorite Disney movie. I remember seeing The Little Mermaid play at Disney World when I was like 9, it was so cool.
